Thai yoga massage, a healing art originating from Thailand, is a holistic practice that harmoniously combines elements of yoga, Ayurveda, and Chinese medicine. This traditional form of bodywork involves the practitioner applying rhythmic pressure along the body's energy lines, known as Sen lines, using their hands, thumbs, elbows, knees, and feet. By working on these energy lines and using passive stretching and gentle joint mobilization, Thai yoga massage aims to release blockages, restore the flow of energy, and promote overall wellness.

During a Thai yoga massage session, the recipient typically lies on a comfortable mat wearing loose clothing that allows for movement. The practitioner starts by applying pressure along the Sen lines, helping to alleviate tension and stimulate the body's energy pathways. As the session progresses, the practitioner incorporates yoga-like stretches and movements, guiding the recipient into various postures while applying gentle pressure and adjustments to promote relaxation and enhance flexibility.
